Sebastián Andrés tiene 23 años. Es estudiante de Técnica Dental del Instituto Libertad. Mide 1,60 metros, es de tez trigueña, delgado y tiene varios tatuajes de patinetas en el pecho y brazos. Sus parientes están desesperados y han pegado fotografías con su rostro en las zonas en donde el chico estuvo por última vez.
El día de su desaparición, Sebastián Andrés vestía un buzo negro con letras amarillas, pantalón beige, zapatos blancos y gorra negra.
